Please note the following disclaimer regarding our memberships:
Memberships are only available presently for services between Vancouver - Chilliwack British Columbia. We hope to expand our Monthly Membership Pilot Project in the near future to other geographical areas.
Please note the following disclaimer regarding our memberships:
- Any unused serves are not carried over to the next month
- Detailed billing is available, so that you can bill your client if you are a law firm or other service provider
- Service Packages A - D are only available for Services conducted from Vancouver, British Columbia to Chilliwack
- No Refunds will be offered for unused portions
- Plans are transferrable within the same business or organization or law firm
- Monthly statement of account will be provided to the membership holder itemizing any serves utilized including action number, level of court, date of service request. In the case it is a firm membership, statement will include the party submitting the service request.
