- We now can provide clients direct access to their files should you wish to see the work done in real time this allows you to put comments etc on the file for us in real time. Please call if you wish direct access.
- We now offer a subscription service for process serving the same rate all across Canada.
- You don't need to wait 30 / 60 / 90 days for a skip-trace to be returned to you nor are you charged a higher fee the longer we have the file.
- Our skip-trace departments calls are audio recorded and we will be happy to provide a copy of the recording should you request it this is due to our being an extension of your brand and we believe in accountability with tracing as such we want you to know we are professional and never breach the privacy act to obtain information on the people you request us to search for, nor do we misrepresent ourselves of an official capacity.
- Our skip-tracing rates are the same across Canada, and the USA. Therefore, we don't charge additional fees for our services.
